Clara Darrason founded and co-directed THE CHIMNEY (2015-2020), a gallery in Brooklyn NY where she developed a program focusing on commissioned installations, revitalizing non-traditional, historical, and industrial buildings. She collaborated with over 70 artists to create 31 exhibitions and 3 festivals.
Her exhibitions were reviewed in The New York Times, Artforum, The Art Newspaper, New York Magazine among others (view here). Artists she worked with went on to exhibit in renowned institutions such as Le Centre Pompidou, le Palais de Tokyo, The Hammer Museum and more.
